Last updated August 11, 2026. These Child Safety Standards apply to PlusYar (package name: com.plusyarapp), including the PlusYar mobile app, website and related services.
PlusYar maintains a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any attempt to create, share, request or promote CSAE or CSAM is strictly prohibited.
1. Age restriction (18+ only)
PlusYar is intended only for users 18 years of age or older, or the legal age of majority in the user's jurisdiction if higher.
Steps intended to reduce underage access may include:
- Visible 18+ notices
- Age-gate or age-confirmation steps
- Platform age-rating settings
- Account and content moderation intended to detect and remove underage accounts
If we determine or reasonably suspect that a user is under 18, we may suspend or terminate the account and remove associated content, consistent with applicable law and our enforcement processes.
2. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
PlusYar strictly prohibits content or behaviour involving CSAE, including:
- CSAM (child sexual abuse material)
- Any sexual content involving minors, whether real or implied
- Grooming or attempted grooming
- Sextortion involving minors
- Child trafficking or exploitation
- Requests, offers, promotion, facilitation or distribution of exploitative material involving minors
- Attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes
Violations may result in immediate enforcement action, including account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.
3. In-app reporting
PlusYar provides in-app reporting tools so users can report accounts, content or behaviour, including child-safety concerns.
- Report a user profile: open the user's profile, open the menu (for example, “⋯”), tap Report, choose the reason and submit.
- Report an event-related issue: open the event, open its menu, tap Report, choose the reason and submit.
When available, users can select a child-safety-specific reason such as “Child safety / CSAM / CSAE.”
4. Reporting by email
Users may also report concerns by email:
- General support: support@plusyar.com
- Child Safety Point of Contact: support@plusyar.com
Include as much detail as possible, such as usernames, links, screenshots and timestamps, so we can investigate efficiently.
If there is an immediate risk of harm, contact local emergency services right away.
5. Enforcement actions and response
When we receive a report or detect a suspected violation, we may:
- Review and investigate the reported account, content or behaviour
- Restrict visibility, remove or disable content
- Issue warnings where appropriate, except for severe violations
- Suspend or permanently ban accounts
- Preserve relevant information where required by law or necessary for safety investigations
- Escalate credible threats or illegal activity to appropriate authorities
Child-safety reports may be prioritised for accelerated review.
6. Cooperation with law enforcement and legal compliance
PlusYar cooperates with lawful requests from competent authorities in matters involving child safety, exploitation or other serious harm, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
PlusYar is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where it operates.
7. Minors' data handling
PlusYar does not knowingly collect or process personal data from children under 18 for service use.
If we become aware that an underage user has created an account, we take steps to:
- Disable or restrict the account, and
- Handle associated data in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our privacy practices.
